Ryan M. Herrera

Ryan M. Herrera is an Associate at Marquee Law Group, A.P.C. Mr. Herrera received his B.S. in Political Science from Santa Clara University and his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco School of Law and is a member in good standing with the California State Bar. Mr. Herrera has dedicted his carrer to serving his community by helping people that have been hurt, injured, and/or wrongfully terminated.

Prior to joining Marquee, Mr. Herrera worked for over five years at a private firm, representing residential tenants in their habitability and harassment lawsuits against former landlords. During this time, Mr. Herrera gained significant civil experience through all phases of litigation, including discovery, motions, depositions, mediations, and second chairing two trials.

Mr. Herrera works with Marquee's litigation practice, including employment, personal injury, and tenant habitability/harassment cases. Mr. Herrera is a creative, problem-solving, and zealous advocate for his clients. Serving clients who have been injured, faced illegal actions, and unjust treatment is Mr. Herrera's purpose on a daily basis.
