Gary S. Brotman

Mr. Gary S. Brotman serves as Managing Director at Marquee Advocacy Group where he dedicates his career to serving employees who have been treated inappropriately and people who have been injured. Mr. Brotman received Juris Doctorate from Drexel University and is a member in good standing with the California State Bar. Prior to joining Marquee, Mr. Brotman served as a Deputy City Attorney for the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office, where he successfully prosecuted numerous cases on behalf of the State of California, steadfastly serving our community and working to keep it safe.

As a leader in Marquee's litigation practice, Mr. Brotman provides diligent advocacy for clients in consumer litigation matters. Mr. Brotman specializes in representing clients in complex employment and personal injury matters, including, but not limited to, catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, insurance bad faith, wrongful termination and sexual harassment and discrimination matters.

Mr. Brotman is a seasoned and accomplished negotiator, a zealous advocate, and a passionate and committed litigator. He takes great care of his clients, listening to their concerns and examining litigation matters logically and creatively to achieve resolutions that are a custom fit for each client's needs and goals. He is dedicated to fighting aggressively for the under-served and is always eager to go the extra mile.

Mr. Brotman and his colleagues have secured in excess of a hundred million dollars through settlements and/or verdicts for employees who have been treated unlawfully or people who have been injured.
