Neil Larsen

Neil Larsen is a Senior Associate in the Class Action Department at Marquee Advocacy Group, where he focuses his practice on wage and hour class and representative actions. Mr. Larsen is a dedicated advocate for employees, bringing well over a decade of experience in employment law and class action litigation. Since being admitted to practice in 2011, Mr. Larsen has fought tirelessly for victims of wage theft.

Prior to joining Marquee Law Group, Mr. Larsen practiced at several prominent Southern California law firms representing plaintiffs in complex employment class actions and representative actions under California's Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). He has dedicated his career to advocating for employees' rights and has played a key role in prosecuting and resolving a broad range of employment matters on behalf of workers throughout California.

Mr. Larsen earned his Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law.

When he's not lawyering, Mr. Larsen enjoys traveling, watching the Lakers or Dodgers fight for their next championship, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with his family.
